PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR                 

One of the leading companies in the Delaware Valley area is seeking a Production Supervisor for their automated manufacturing facility. You will schedule production personnel (technicians and operators) to meet manufacturing needs, achieve business goals and objectives, understand labor efficiencies and yields, and implement procedures and policies.

Requirements include a 2 year degree in a technical discipline with 3+ years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Packaging backgorund  is a bonus. Strong computer, leadership and communication skills are also necessary. Background with Six Sigma and Kaizen is a plus.
