THE JOB OPPORTUNITY:

Production Support Associate

WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Provide support to a dynamic team of professional insurance underwriters
• Become proficient in use of policy and document management software systems

WE EXPECT THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE TO:

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and provide knowledgeable answers to general insurance questions
• Perform data entry for invoicing, posting, and policy information
• Process and review policy transactions
• Work independently yet function as part of a team
• Carry out other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• High School diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Associate’s degree from two-year college preferred
