-Production Tech-

We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills to work as a Production Tech. This individual will perform machine operation, preventive maintenance and changeovers, production and downtime tracking, and sanitation in a team based production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
' Performs functions as follows:
' Forklift certification, organized work area, and interact with various production personnel.
' Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
' Understanding Loads Logs, loading trailer, Denester and Quality Control line management of each production line.
' Operate Misc. Conveyors, Bottle Washers, Vision Systems, and Bottle Leak Detectors.
' Keeps accurate and timely daily records.
' Maintains clean safe work area.
' Follows safety rules and reports problems with production or safety.
' Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and assists maintenance in troubleshooting equipment failures.
' Other tasks as assigned in any area for which appropriate skill level exists.
' Additional duties as outlined below, specific to the plant in which the incumbent is assigned.

-High school or vocational school degree or equivalent with three years manufacturing with a beverage or food industry background is preferred.
-Must have proven mechanical skills and forklift certification.
-Emergency Response training is preferred.
-Highly motivated and take initiative.
-Must be able to perform hands-on, physical tasks when necessary.
-Experience in the computer programs (word and excel), and a technical degree is a plus.
-Grade II Industrial Wastewater License and operates wastewater treatment systems a plus.
-Must be organized and detail oriented.
-Further qualifications considered are motivational fit, initiative, practical learning, teamwork and an emphasis on customer service.
