Carol's Daughter - Beauty by Nature is currently seeking a Production & Traffic Coordinator. In this role, the successful candidate will act as a production manager for all creative developed for Carol’s Daughter. This will include managing the entire execution of planning, sourcing & negotiations, process flow, scheduling & integration among creative services, cross functions, and external vendors.

• Manage the creative request of all departments.
  
• Develop and manage all creative project activities including project timelines, production requirements, as well as budget and resources management.
  
• Detailed project planning, tracking and status reporting i.e. progress, issues and budgets.
  
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines.
  
• Build an image archive using an FTP site.
  
• Coordinate with designers and outside vendors on production of all creative deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a creative capacity, preferably within an Ad Agency
  
• Bachelor’s Degree
  
• Graphic design experience in print advertising a plus
  
• Proficient in Word and Excel
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects against challenging deadlines
  
• Solid organizational and time management skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization
