As a Professional Account Manager you will be responsible for growing market share and exceeding sales goals for the Accu-Chek product line. You will use your consultative skills and specialized knowledge in the Diabetes disease stage to generate demand and maximize product awareness by working with and providing education and information to health care professionals including, Endocrinologist, Hospital/Office based Diabetes nurse educators, and Diabetes oriented Physicians.
 
In this role, you will implement strategic initiatives and plans to facilitate sales process and productivity in your assigned geographical area. You will work cross functionally with internal colleagues and peers to share information and best practices while remaining actively involved in industry/customer organizations that impact business.
 
 
Territory:  Washington DC East. Seeking for candidates residing in the geographical area between Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD.



You also:


  • Have a Bachelors degree in business, life Science or related field.

  • Have a minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in Diabetes care.

  • Have previous experience calling on specialty and institutional accounts.

  • Have successful negotiation, strategic planning and organizational skills.

  • Have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a desire to conquer complex sales processes. 

  • Are someone who is looking for a professional career and to expand your horizons within the organization
