Frankel Staffing Partners is actively recruiting for a very sharp, capable and intuitive recruiter to joins its Specialty Services division. We are experiencing tremendous growth and eagerly seek a "touch" recruiter who brings an understanding of culture and personal fit to the recruiting process.
Our Specialty Service division primarily handles direct hire and long-term contract positions with target wage ranges of $70 - 140k+. We partner with our clients and work as an extension of their HR depts. Areas of focus include pharmaceutical/biotech, IT/IS support, sales/marketing, financial and human resources.
This is not a sales-oriented position. These are established relationships with existing clients who need our recruiting/human resources expertise. Our recruiters serve as account managers who handle the sourcing and screening for their clients. This is a base plus uncapped commission and bonus position. Earnings potential is very high.
