Responsibilities (but not limited to): 

• 
  
  Preparation and Production of Concept/Design Documents


• 
  
  Management of residential, commercial, and industrial development projects including: Site Grading and Layout, Storm Drainage, Stormwater Management, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans and BMPs, Water, Sewer, and Utilities

• Establish schedules for team members and effectively manage those team members


• Proven ability to prioritize work of others in order to meet deadlines


• Effectively communicate with clients, municipal governing bodies, and governmental agencies


• Draft proposals and manage established project budgets


• Provide high quality service to clients
  

   

  
  

   

Qualifications:

• Seven-Ten years experience as a Registered Professional Engineer 


• Registration with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a plus


• Relevant experience and demonstrated expertise in the preparation of concept/design documents


• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related degree


• Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry a plus


• Ability to meet project deadlines within given budget limits and time frames


• Ability and focus on Quality Control/Quality Assurance


• Team Player


• Desire to succeed and excel in a fast-paced work environment


• Possess excellent organizational and communications skills


• Possess strong technical background


• Strong communication and presentation skills
