Professional Search Consultants combine integrity, professionalism, accounting knowledge, and people skills to guide other Accounting and Finance professionals in their career progression. Professional Search Consultants have the opportunity to advise CFO organizations on how best to meet their talent acquisition needs. Plus SEG offers excellent incentive compensations based on transaction fees in addition to our already aggressive compensation packages.

Requirements:




  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business



  • Advanced degrees are highly desirable



  • Preference given to credentialed candidates (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFSA, CFE, etc.)



  • Public Accounting experience desired (Big 4 preferred)



  • Strong oral and written communication skills



  • High level of professionalism and business acumen



  • Strong client service orientation



  • Enthusiastic team player



  • Convey sense of urgency and ambition to succeed



  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually
