Technical support may involve BIVI products, disease challenges, management, and production issuesDevelop and implement internal and external training and educational initiatives and serve as technical experts for internal and external customers. Provide this technical education via ride-alongs with BIVI Sales Reps and through facilitation of technical presentations in various formal and informal forums to support BIVI goals and objectives. These forums include, but are not limited to, lunch and dinner meetings, distributor training meetings, local, regional, and national veterinary meetings, industry trade shows and meetings, and BIVI sales meetings.
