Gain understanding of their respective regional markets and identify and interface with key veterinary customers as well as the distributor personnel who provide products and information to targeted veterinary practicesDevelop and implement internal and external training and educational initiatives and serve as technical experts for internal and external customers. Provide this technical education via ride-alongs with their Sales Representatives and through facilitation of technical presentations in various formal and informal forums to support BIVI goals and objectives. These forums include, but are not limited to, lunch and dinner meetings, distributor training, and local, regional, and national veterinary medical association meetings. Update CRM system with pertinent dataFoster relationships with regional key opinion leaders as well as with faculty, students, and staff of veterinary schools within their respective region. Provide presentations including in-clinic seminars and presentations outside of the clinic at venues such as local and national veterinary medical associationsProvide University and Technical School support by placing and maintaining student representatives in all veterinary schools within region, key opinion leader networking during university visits, student presentations, and key university personnel visitsPerforms all Company business in accordance with all regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, etc.) and Company policy and procedures.
