Skill sets coveted:

°          Experience with Windows 2003 Server platforms, Windows XP, Active Directory, SQL Server

°          Excellent troubleshooting methodology

°          Ability to meet deadlines with timely follow through & multi-tasking

°          Knowledge of server related technology – File, print, FTP, storage/RAID systems, backups, Storage area network - SAN / NAS

°          Familiarity of the storage industry

°          TCP/IP troubleshooting experience

°          Public speaking experience (i.e. training, support, demos etc) is an asset

Responsibilities will include:

°          Work directly with customers in a post-sales capacity, creating strategy plans for     installing our software and executing on said plans

°          Troubleshooting customer issues remotely (experience with Live Meeting is helpful)

°          Travel onsite to customers

°          Communicating with all members of the technical team including QA and Dev

Experience Required:

°          3+ years of professional experience in a technical environment (preferably working for a software manufacturer)

°          Bachelor’s degree (computer science preferred)

We are looking for the candidate to work out of the Nashua office
