POSITION INFORMATION
Profit Recovery Auditor / SSC3392
Position Description:

  • Learn various CVS systems, Analyze Data manually as well as through Oracle Databases
  • Create, verify and process audit claims, follow through with Suppliers & Internal Staffing
  • Responsible for the reduction of outside audit consultant’s recoveries.
  • Transfer of skills within the audit team.
  • Communicates extensively with user departments to discuss disputes, make recommendations, and to work toward problem resolution.



Qualifications:

  • Associates or BS in Accounting, or minimum of 3 years of Finance or related field or work experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Merchandising, Co-op, and Advertising departments; previous experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems including PeopleSoft; Knowledge of DSD/Dex/Nex and Merchandising a plus.
  • Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Excellent PC skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, (Access a plus) and working knowledge of mainframe systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven self-starter and the ability to foster teamwork, motivated self starter.
  • The vision to seek out and to recommend process improvement opportunities.
  • Proven negotiating skills to facilitate good supplier relations.
  • Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
