ATK Space Systems is looking to fill a Program Admin IV position at the Bacchus location.The Program AdminIV will assist in administration of the ATK Launch Systems Earned Value Management System.The Earned Value Management system includes the processes and tools used to managethecost, schedule, and scope of ATK's projects
Duties will include:
· Consult with Program Offices in integrated cost, schedule, and scope management.
· Assist Programs in the implementation of management process and tools.
· Train Program and Functional Managers in Earned Value Management.
· Implement and administer theEarned Value Management and scheduling software (Cobra, Primavera, and MS Project) used by ATK Space Systems
· Assist in the maintenance and expansion of the Earned Value System Description, Earned Value policies and procedures, and desk procedures.
· Support EVM Integrated Baseline Reviews, Joint/Internal Surveillance Reviews, and interface with Defense Contractor Management Agency (DCMA)
Required Qualifications:
· BS / BA degree. MBA is a Plus.
· 10 years of related experience. (May be filled at a lower level depending on experience and qualifications)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in either
· Schedulingincluding IMS/IMP, critical path, milestone tracking, logic networks, integrated cost/schedule, and schedule risk assessment (SRA)
· Utilizing Earned Value Management including baseline establishment and maintenance, performance measurement, analyzing data, CPR reporting, and compliance monitoring.
· Excellent leadership ability including the capability to lead a team, the capacity to bea change agent, and excellent verbal/written interface skills.
· A good understanding of information technology in the areas of database design, SQL, and data mining.
· The ability to teach and lecture on difficult concepts in a classroom environment
· Worked on $100M+ projects
· Primavera or Cobra experience
