Requirements: - Final Secret security clearance. - 5 years of procurement operations experience specifically in a production operation in either civilian or government operations. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 8 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education. Preferred qualifications: - Degree in Business or Accounting from an accredited institution. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook). - The ability to operate in a multi-tasking project environment and ready to adapt to daily shifting of priorities set by management and the customer. - Previous experience with production control documentation and bill of materials. Duties: - Perform a variety of functions in support of procurement and project control within a project design, integration and development environment. - Candidate will be responsible for quality analyses of production control document and bill of materials to control material management and purchasing for production, modification, and repair of manufactured systems; including build-in-house, commercial and government furnished equipment. - Assist in invoicing process, cost estimates, select vendors, resolve any issues with vendors and recommend alternate solutions in the procurement of materials in support of the project. - Candidate will work closely with project management, quality control, engineers, and hardware integration teams within a controlled project process. - Additional duties assigned. Work environment: - Warehouse/Office environment. Travel: - Travel as required.
