Position Title: Program Analyst

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000

Reports To: Manager, FAA Program Management

Duty Assignment: Washington, DC

Position Description: Provide support to the FAA Data Communications Business Management Lead in the area of financial analysis and planning. Responsible for supporting development of program budgets, forecasts, staffing requirements, etc.  Responsible for tracking and reporting on all program office related budgetary requirements. Responsible for working with Program Office Leads to develop detailed, comprehensive financial models.

Position Requirements: 4 years experience with 2 of those years being direct related experience. Minimum of 2 years prior FAA experience required for this position. Experience must demonstrate knowledge and proficiency with Delphi and PRISM financial systems.  Experience must also reflect knowledge and competence in the management of initiatives that involved organizationally and geographically dispersed elements. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office 2003/2007 with particular strength using MS Excel. Strong analytical and communication skills required.  Bachelors Degree from an accredited university required.
