Project Resources Inc. (PRI) is seeking a professional with construction management skills to join a leading construction firm.
Responsible for efficiently applying the resources of the project team to estimate and execute the construction phase of specific Task Order. Responsible for all technical, personnel, construction methodology, quality, safety, and local client interface. Manage, lead, train, and control their assigned construction manager. Ensures the construction manager manage site activities, lead the project team and control the use of resources to meet objectives within budget and schedule. Must be able to travel US and international.
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year accredited university, in civil engineering, construction management or related field. Minimum of 3 years DoD construction experience managing projects in remote, austere, and/or hostile environments. Minimum of 10 years construction experience. Must have 5+ years construction management experience. Additional training or experience in construction management highly desired.
Federal or state certifications as required; industry-approved, continuing education and annual refresher courses, licensing by, or membership in, relevant professional industry organizations preferred.
Prior experience with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access. Ability to quickly learn and utilize other general office and contact management applications. General familiarity with networks and databases.
