Stamford based marketing firm seeks motivated and experienced coordinator for branded consumer programs.  Candidate must have the experience and focus to execute programs from recruitment to field distribution to completion.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.  HEAVY phone contact should be anticipated.  Familiar with consumer demographic analysis preferred.  Candidate must have ability to multi-task and shift program focus as needed both independently and as a member of the team.  Reliable, accurate and keen attention to detail a MUST!!!  Access database experience a PLUS.  Some light periodic travel may be necessary.  Competitive salary, benefits package and PTO.  Office located short walking distance from Stamford Metro North station and local buses.  

Duties:

·         Attracts potential customers by answering program and service questions; suggesting information about other programs and services.

·         Opens customer accounts by recording account information in database.

·         Maintains customer records by updating account information.

·         Resolves program or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

·         Recommends potential program or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
