Program Development Analyst, Digital Health Strategy & Alliances (a.k.a Process Improvement Analyst)

The Program Development Analyst will be responsible for coordinating the piloting and structuring (i.e., building) of programs in a way that allows for scale and successful handoff to the Senior Advisor of Digital Health Strategy & Alliances.

The Program Development Analyst will work with internal stakeholders to understand program vision and objectives so that they can build and pilot digital health programs or other health tech innovations in a manner that will allow for successful implementation across the enterprise. This includes coordination with relevant stakeholders, management of the pilot and the creation of materials (i.e., formulation of a program playbook) that will assist Operations in implementing the program enterprise-wide.

The position will report directly to the VP of Digital Health Strategy & Alliances.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Conducts assessments of current processes, reports and procedures.
  • Identifies process improvements and recommends solutions for corrective, preventive actions.
  • Collects data and performs quantitative analysis to substantiate assumptions.
  • Performs any necessary ad hoc reporting.
  • Coordinates training and documentation.
  • Measures outcomes of quality improvements using metrics and benchmarking criteria.
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree; one (1) to two (2) years of operational experience in healthcare; one or more (1+) years of experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, project management preferred; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Preferred
    Masters Degree in Public Health (MPH) or MBA.
  • Background and experience in a management consulting firm.
  • Workflow analysis or operational analysis skills in healthcare environment.
  • Program and/or product development experience.
