We are offering a leadership opportunity as a Director of Rehabilitation for our Inpatient physical rehab program in Duncan, OH.
As a Director with RehabCare, you will:
• Supervise a team of nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionals
• Direct program development, quality improvement, and community
education/marketing activities
• Be responsible for financial management, census development,
unit operations, and client & physician relations
Qualifications for the Program Director position:
• Bachelors degree or higher as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker from an accredited college or university
• Successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting financial goals & objectives
• Healthcare background required
• Management and Clinical experience in acute/inpatient rehab is preferred
• Masters in Healthcare Administration is preferred
