 Justice Resource Institute seeking a Program Director for a private 766 approved residential school for adolescent males and females ages 12-22 with emotional and behavioral difficulties. JRI  provides a complete, high-quality educational and clinical experience for each student within a safe, therapeutic environment.  


 


Our program is seeking a highly organized and professional candidate to serve as a Program Director to oversee all aspects of program management.  The ideal candidates will have experience in program oversight and development as well as experience working with adolescents with signficant trauma and mental illness.  Ideal candidates will also have experience in budget oversight, experience supervising a large multidiscplinary team, and experience with the systems of care in Massachusetts.
