Program Integration Manager
 
In this mission-critical role, you will lead a team (direct and indirect) of approximately 30 Project and Program Managers to ensure compliance with HIPAA 5010 requirements. Will orchestrate the program across our entire enterprise to a successful completion.
 
Core responsibilities will include:
 
  • Educating project and program management professionals regarding processes and tools used to plan, create, assess, balance and communicate execution of the program portfolio

  • Ensuring the Project and Program Managers (and their teams) are following the SDLC and using standard project management tools for Scope, Schedule, Financial, Risk and Issue management

  • Developing and managing program communication plans 

  • Integrating project plans into a program portfolio

  • Synchronizing and managing cross-application interdependencies

  • Driving execution of the program deliverables through segment Project and Program Managers

  • Educating and mentoring Project and Program Managers 

  • Actively monitoring program performance

  • Providing risk management and issue/problem resolution as required

  • Interacting with senior leaders across a highly matrixed environment

  • Utilizing all organizational resources appropriately

  • Improving processes to optimize performance and value over time

  • Training, motivating and mentoring team members

 


Candidates will possess:
 
  • 10 + years of program management experience in the technology space

  • Specific expertise leading programs related to Applications Development initiatives using a structured SDLC methodology

  • Proven success delivering programs using a structured Portfolio/Program/Project Management methodology 

  • Ability to influence people to follow sound project management practices

  • Experience effectively communicating project/program missions and objectives

  • Demonstrated success delivering technology programs on time, on budget and on quality

  • Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise wide programs

  • Proven people leadership skills with global teams (both on and offshore)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor (in a hands-on way if needed)

  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships

  • Resource allocation experiences across a matrixed organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Success and comfort working on tight deadlines in fast-paced environments

  • Healthcare industry experiences preferred, but not required

  • PMP certification of value, but not required

  • Knowledge of technology infrastructure desirable

  • Relevant bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
