EDUCATION

·         Bachelor's degree or advanced vocational training in a technical field.

EXPERIENCE

·         Marketing oriented with a good technical background/understanding

·         General experience of the company processes from product management through to logistics inclusive of R&D product development

·         Customer oriented

·         Results oriented

·         Good interpersonal skills in order to collaborate with other functions and other sites

·         Leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Manages customer projects within the ETM framework

·         Participates in the PR0 and takes over the full ETM process from PR1 inclusive of the P&L management

·         Main opportunity focus: ACG Trials with cable operators, ACG Programs inclusive of Advanced Services and Cable Modems

·         Detailed descriptions :

·         Directs the global activities of the organization's program management functions.

·         Responsible for global customer contact, program timing, budgets and quality targets for the organization.

·         Directs the development of policies and procedures for global program teams.

·         Represents the global program management group both internally (within the organization) and externally (with customers and suppliers) for program issues.

·         Goals :

·         Ensure the P&L metrics and client delivery are met
