Program Manager Adult Outpatient Services

Purpose


Serve as a Program Manager on a multidisciplinary team made up of Case Managers and Therapists in our Adult Outpatient program.  This is a full-time exempt salary position.  Will work with a team of managers to continually improve the services provided to clients, their families and the community. 



 


Essential Functions


Maintain supervision files.  Work collaboratively with the Program Managers and staff.  Participate in the development, analysis, and monitoring of program budget.   Monitor program productivity and personnel issues.  Provide clinical supervision to include training and coaching.  Collaborate with community partners as indicated.  Assist in planning, development and implementation of program policy and operating procedures for clinic-based services.  Assist in grant writing.  Provide supervision to direct service staff and clinical consultation.  Maintain all paperwork/charting requirements as established by laws or agency contracts.  Supervise and evaluate program operations.


 


Qualifications


Master’s degree in a human services discipline is required.  Management experience required. Three to Five years of experience working in an adult outpatient setting preferred.  LMHC or LSW preferred. 


 


Conditions of Employment



  1. Satisfactory findings on a criminal background search.

  2. Annual TB testing required.

  3. At a minimum, maintain a Washington State Registered Counselor certification or Agency Affiliated Counselor certification
