We are hiring candidates that are passionate about process improvement, and building strong relationships across GSI and with our clients to continuously improve client satisfaction. Our Business Management organization sits at the center of GSI's client relationships, managing on both a strategic and day-to-day basis. The Business Management team works across our technology team, partner services organization (design services, product management, interactive marketing agency, and customer effectiveness groups), and operations groups (call center and fulfillment centers) to drive our clients' businesses, and their satisfaction. The Client Satisfaction organization resides within the Business Management organization, but works across all organizations of GSI that touch our Clients.
The ideal candidate would be someone who can jump right into the mix and be able to find their way around with little direction. On a daily basis the candidate will be responsible for:
' Managing cross functional initiatives aimed at driving process improvement and client satisfaction
' Developing and maintaining a general understanding of our business operations
' Representing client interests in new or expanding services to ensure technical quality and business excellence
' Completing competitive analysis, ROI modeling and general analysis support
' Interacting with executives and managers within Business Management and across the enterprise
' Serving as client spokesman on projects and/or programs
+Bachelor's Degree required
+7-10 years of experience
+Must possess the ability to resolve complex business issues
+Attention to detail
+Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
+Strong analytical skills
+Ability to work on a self-initiated basis
+Ability to network, and work in a team environment
+Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
+Strong project management skills
+Flexibility to handle changing priorities
+Ability to evaluate and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment
+Clear customer focus and ability to advocate for the customer
+Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
Desirable Requirements:
+MBA Preferred
+Six Sigma Experience Preferred
+Background in e-commerce, Retail, and/or consulting desirable
