Primary Objective:
Manage the organization¡¦s activities to develop and deliver quality course ware that assures the students receive desired learning outcomes. Manage the technical infrastructure to facilitate the delivery of our Educational offerings.

Accountability/Scope (range of responsibilities):
Architect, Develop and Implement E-learning curriculum
Architect, Develop and Implement new courses and maintain existing courses
Explore and Recommend alternative education media/techniques
Manage and improve technical infrastructure to deliver education
Solicit Customer Feedback and implement in new/existing courses
Measure the effectiveness of course ware and instructors
Manage partner certification and relationships
Develop and implement long-range planning objectives
Explore new areas of training needs


Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Meet Quarterly goals developed by Director of Technical Account Management
Direct activities to develop new courses and maintain existing courses
Manage technical infrastructure to ensure successful delivery
Measure the effectiveness of course ware and instructors to assure learning objectives are being met
Manage partner certification and relationships
Develop and implement long-range planning objectives
Explore new areas of training needs and plan new methods to meet these needs

Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and organize effectively
Comfortable in Linux and Windows OS environments (scripting and OS commands)
Database background essential (SQL and DBA functions)
Ability to deliver technical education in a classroom environment


Desired Job Experience:
7+ years industry experience
Course development/delivery management
Professional training experience

Desired Education:
BS/BA or equivalent work experience. Computer Science degree preferred.
