SEEK Professionals is seeking a Program Manager - IS PMO for a large manufacturing company in the Hagerstown, MD area.  This is a full-time direct-hire position and the first interview will be with the client company. 

This position will lead projects ranging in size from large to enterprise wide with successful delivery measured by coming in on time, within budget, and meeting or exceeding requirements/benefits.
Create and manage project plans.  Manage project budget and resources.  Contribute to a successful Enterprise wide Project Management Office (PMO).  Develop and manage project portfolios ensuring that ERP and IS initiatives are aligned with the business  Manage contracts and 3rd party resources.
Continuously improve processes that fall under the scope of the Project Management Office.  Facilitate effective communications regarding projects, process, and portfolio status.
Provide performance feedback on project resources to their managers.
Mentor less experienced project managers.

 The qualified candidate will have the PMP certification and a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems or related field with minimum of 8 years of related technical or applications experience and 5 years project management experience, or overall 17+ years of related experience.  Experience in leading or contributing to the success of a Project Management Office (PMO).
