Vistronix, Inc. is actively seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.  As a top-tier provider of IT solutions to our clients, we are looking for a team-player who is highly skilled, able to manage a large team, and focused on high customer satisfaction.  The Program Manager for this engagement will have oversight of a team size ranging from 50-75 staff members across multiple functional areas such as Help/Service Desk support, Systems Analyst and Engineering, and Network Engineering.   

Experience and qualifications will include the following:

• Career experience managing large IT support programs within the Federal Government, preferably Department of Justice or similar agencies.
  
• Experience with developing strategic plans and achieving successful outcomes through those plans.
  
• Experience with process improvement methodologies and their practical implementation in the Federal business sector.
  
• Experience with communicating complex approaches and strategies to all levels of the support team.
  
• Experience aligning staffing levels with support requirements.
  
• Experience with Service Level Agreements.

This position requires a Secret level government security clearance.  A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred.  Successful candidates for this position will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing programs of similar size and scope.
