The Program Manager will provide direction to project managers for Customer and Internal development programs.

Responsibilities:

• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; recommending program priorities; resource planning; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; implementing change.
• Prepares monthly forecast reports in terms of hours, dollars, earned value and associated impact on sales.
• Provides management direction to project managers responsible for multi-million dollar programs extending over multiple years.

Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years Program management experience
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor message to audience
• Customer proposal preparation
• Self motivated; vias for action
• MS office and MS Schedule
• 10- 20% travel
