Job Description:

Provide leadership, management, and client relationship development within a business group for J.M. Waller Associates, Inc. Focus is supporting Federal clients with engineering, environmental, facilities and logistics professional and technical services. Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs; aide in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes; coordinate preparation of proposals, plans, and develop, and execute business development goals and objectives; develop solutions to program problems; Provide supervision and management oversight to incumbents assigned to program; Ensure projects are completed to standards, on time and within budget.

REQUIRED:

Bachelors degree, 10 plus years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility. Experience with military project management and federal contracting preferred. Prior experience (military,contractor or civil service) with the Department of Defense desirable, particularly in engineering, facilities, environmental, logistics, or contracting capacity. Exceptional management and communications skills required. Ability to function independently and as part of a team.
