Program Manager

Program Manager role to oversee delivery of multiple projects that include hosting, application management and new large systems implementation. Responsibilities include:
Building strong rapport with client and team members, providing customers with innovation, and providing high value solutions tied to customer goals and mission
Ensure successful delivery of implementation and operations and maintenance projects
Ability to inspire team members to manage projects with focus on customer needs, contractual requirements, and using a metrics based management process to measure and track progress.
Successful financial and contractual management – manage financials for fixed price and T&M projects, respond to statements of work, assist with new opportunities capture
Improve standards and processes for successful execution of transition and service delivery

Requirements:
12+ years of overall IT and/or Consulting experience
2+ years of managing delivery of systems integration and systems maintenance programs - $10 million annual plus with responsibility for technical delivery, financial and contractual management.
Solid experience managing projects using performance metrics, developing and managing to Service Level Agreements
3+ years implementing ERP (Momentum, Oracle, SAP) across large Federal agencies – experience helping clients embrace change associated with new systems implementation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills – handling difficult/challenging client issues, managing client expectations, and providing customers with innovation and developing high value solutions
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team to make continuous improvements related to delivery
Management and mentoring of project managers and team members
Experience with Federal customers
BS degree
