SigmaTron International Inc. is an Electronics Contract Manufacter is looking for a Program Manager having following experience.

1. Duties and Responsibilies:

- The Program Manager facilitates a team of co-workers to work towards an assigned project (customer), achieving its goal, and creates guidelines, which SigmaTron can apply to other projects.

- A Program Manager effectively managers programs to achieve set quality, delivery, and cost targets for SigmaTron's customers

- To ensure all information and requirements are put through to the team and meet the Customer satisfaction

- To ensure ECN changes are implemented and production procedures are prepared on time

- Assist with planning the production lead-time that can be incorporated withthe ship schedule

- Coordinate customer visits, customer meetings and action items out of these meetings.

2. Requirements:

Education:

- College Degree

Experience:

- 2 years in Program Management or Account Management

Skills:

- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Organized and detail oriented

- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment

- Materials and purchasing experience

- Engineering experience desirable
