15+ years of experience in Electronic Product Development, with at least 5 years in engineering management Involving hardware, software, mechanical and NPI
Proven past track record of managing a large product design team of 100+ members working on cutting edge product design in areas including HW, SW and Mechanical, and ability to manage simultaneous multiple development programs
Primary point of contact for the customer*s senior management ( CTO, Program managers )
Responsible for ensuring high *customer Satisfaction* in coordination with offshore delivery manager
Work with Onsite and offshore teams involving Embedded Product Development, ensuring all stake holders are in sync
Must be able to manage Technical Risks
