Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Ten years professional, related technical, and/or business experience; with operational experience involving military aviation, USAF or other DOD aircraft maintenance or logistics management experience preferred. Knowledge of UAV operations and/or understanding of USAF mission highly desired. Proven leadership experience effectively managing 30 or more staff and program values in excess of $8 million per year desired. Excellent safety background and experience supporting OCONUS-deployed personnel desired. Prior experience with ITAR and OSHA regulations desired.
Knowledge of DOD contracting processes, excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills, motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, able to work under deadlines, MS Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Access.

***POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AVAILABILITY***
Support Senior Program Manager as required to execute all required duties to meet requirements of Predator UAV maintenance program. Geographic location of assignment is at Las Vegas, NV as assigned.
Manage MQ-1 Predator and/or MQ-9 Reaper maintenance and contract logistics support (CLS) programs as required under contract agreement(s). Provide administrative and technical leadership in the direction and completion of USAF UAV maintenance contract(s), including responsibility for cost, schedule and overall performance for permanent operating site and exercise/deployment activities. Proactively land and recruit necessary staffing to achieve work completion milestones and deliverables. Monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services/deliverables to customer(s). Supervise, coordinate, provide leadership to and review the work of assigned staff and/or contracts. Plan, coordinate and review training. Interface with customers on a regular basis for support of engineering and program management activities. Monitor customer feedback and advise on a broad range of issues related to services being delivered.
Ensure compliance with government sponsor, prime contractor, and corporate procedures and regulations to include OSHA, State Department, Labor Department policies and guidelines. Promote the highest degree of safety and ethics standards at operational sites. Direct the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other management, technical and support personnel.
Directly support the maintenance of the current contract base and develop and implement new business strategies and participate in business development, including identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies and managing proposal development.
Occasional Business Travel and evening and/or weekend work as required to meet program objectives and goals.
