Position Description

Program Manager

DePuy Spine is looking for a Program Manager, based in Raynham, Massachusetts.

We are known throughout the medical world for the development, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative solutions of a wide range of spinal pathologies.
The Program Manager will work closely with Marketing, Sales, HCP's and vendors to create, coordinate and manage logistics for company sponsored Medical Education meetings of varying sizes. Responsible to work with surgeon champions to maximize program effectiveness. Proactively collaborates with business partners and stakeholders. Manage meetings independently on-site. Evaluate and analyze program effectiveness and provide recommendations. Manage programs in Advantis and Registration System (Siebel). Creation of meeting profile. Meeting planning responsibilities including Hotel searches, contracting and on-site meeting support. Logistical programming needs included but not limited to: Obtaining J&J group travel number, faculty travel, group ground transportation and restaurant and menu selection. Consultant contract management, manage legal and regulatory routing processes and manage budget process.

Qualifications

BS/BA required. A minimum of 2 years experience working in organizational learning, seminar planning or medical education required. Healthcare experience preferred. Must work well in a team environment. Ability to make decisions independently and seek guidance where appropriate required. Proven written and oral communication skills required. Strong time management skills required. Approximately 30% travel required.
