Program Manager

Duration: One Year/ Possible Extension

Location: Minneapolis, MN  

Bachelor's degree and 12-15+ years experience plus 5-7 years management experience or equivalent.

Functions include:

• setting high level strategy on business, product, and customer service needs
• analyzing profitability, policy, programs and staffing to ensure optimal business results
• initiating and directing highly complex projects, including those managed by others
• overseeing project staff in their indemnification of requirements, development of project plans and strategies, and preparation of business cases
• Overseeing the planning and estimating of tasks and timelines.

This Program Manager role will lead the Non-Merger support projects and merger related non retained app projects. The position will lead several projects and teams within the program and will also interface with the technology MPO program.

Skills include:

Project Management, Financial Management, and Experience with Program Management across several technology initiatives within the financial services industry.
