Position Description:
Experienced project and program manager required for a role managing a series of projects focusing across the broad spectrum of operational risk management and operational control areas. The candidate will both contribute to a global program office (PMO) and manage the local NY presence, including developing and maintaining program wide plans, status reporting, and budget monitoring across a series of projects and programmes; and directly manage a number of these projects and programs to their successful delivery.

The candidate will be involved with projects across multiple workstreams, manage/mitigate cross-program dependencies, and interact with our other ISG Operations Groups, Business Units, IT, Information Security and Enterprise Information partners.

A successful candidate will need to be able to:
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Provide a PMO function locally in NY and contribute on a global basis across Operations Risk & Control
*Work closely with central programme management groups (GPG) to ensure their risk management and reporting deliverables are met, specifically covering the New York time zone
*Facilitate decisions as they relate to risks, boundary issues, timelines, scope and resources across a global project portfolio
*Ensure communication and information transparency to key stakeholders and senior management



Skills Required:
*5-7 years experience in Consulting or other Project Management roles
*Experience of Investment Banking / Capital Markets
*Demonstrated Project Management skills for large scale, multi-year, cross-region business programs
*Experience running or supporting a large scale Project Office, including developing and tracking project plans, as well as forecasting and tracking budget
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
*Detail-oriented
*Ability to work well under time constraints and with multiple projects
*Advanced MS Office skills, including MS Project/ MS Powerpoint
*Some international travel may be required



Skills Desired:
Programme and Project Management
*Investment Banking Operations and Technology knowledge
*BA/BS in Business, Engineering or Technology desirable
*PMP Certification desirable
