HBS specializes in service of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management.
The successful candidate will manage all client activities through effective team building and personnel development. S/He will be responsible for the deliverer of the NJ Statewide Energy Affordability - Comfort Partners Program. The Project Manager will have multiple direct reports and have oversight for:
- Revenue
- Cost and Profit statements
- Safety
- Quality
- Contractual Compliance
- Customer relationships
This New Jersey based position is a results oriented leadership role and will report directly to the Utility Solutions Regional Director.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related field, Project or Operations Management or 5 years related project management experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management with P&L
- 5 years project planning and management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003 & Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, energize and motivate high performing teams
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent work ethic
