Program Manager

• Accountable for the performance, results and success of the program and its staff.
• Supervise the account managers and program coordinator;
• Manage and grow the relationship with the utility client to ensure client satisfaction
• Represent CSG in the Cascade area industry and trade forums
• Develop and manage relationships with trade allies and partners, particularly weatherization contractors, including trade associations, industry players, state energy officials, utilities, trade schools, and others
• Coordinate with other CSG central services business units including IS, HR, customer contact center, marketing, and finance
• Meet or exceed all financial, strategic, and developmental external programmatic and internal company goals
• Support CSG business development initiatives in the geographic area and near-by territories.
- Demonstrated success with program management and client service in the field of energy efficiency or related industry
- Experience with meeting contractual, program obligations on time and within budget, and operating complex projects with multiple levels of authority and influence.
- Effectively uses performance management and coaching to achieve and reward results.
- The ability to convey information in group or public setting, e.g. meetings using principles of effective presentations. The ability to listen effectively. Knowledge and use of correct business style for written documents with the ability to compose concise and clear documentations.
- Ability to translate broad objectives into specific tasks with the appropriate resources and use of time management systems for a smooth implementation. Knowledge of the relationship between inputting and receiving units inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to use schedules or project management techniques to track project implementation.
- Coordinate with other CSG central services business units including IS, HR, customer contact center, marketing, and finance
- Budget, finance, forecasting, and reporting experience
- Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Technical understanding of residential buildings is required
- Job requires regular regional travel and applicants will be required to pass a motor vehicle background check.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
Compensation package includes paid holidays, 80% paid medical, 50% paid dental, paid life & AD&D and paid STD & LTD insurance coverage, plus employer matching retirement plan
