- Lead Program Teams and facilitate the communication and interaction with cross-functional groups and customers
-Develop and manage detailed timing schedules to assure all key date requirements are met
-Develop and implement control procedures to manage capital, tooling and project expenses
-Track program status against schedule, budget and phase review objectives and communicate status on a regular basis
-Coordinate with customers to provide necessary program status and obtain customer feedback
-Manage and coordinate the APQP process from concept to Launch
Job Requirements:
-Strong knowledge of program management tools
- Experience in automotive Tier I business
-Strong engineering and program management experience
-Bachelors degree in engineering
-Ability to successfully function in a matrix style management, managing a variety of cross-functional team members from diverse disciplines
- Must we willing to travel and work non-normal business hours
-Knowledge of Metal Stamping and or Robotic Welding tools and processes preferred
