Program Manager

General Position Summary:

4D Security Solutions has a current need for a Program Manager.. As a key member of the leadership team for a flagship program in the company portfolio, the Program Manger will be responsible for the program delivery of a multi-million dollar complex security system for a Tier 1 customer. You will drive the strategic and effective program delivery for multiple sites which consist of technologically advanced systems which include Command and Control Centers, Access Control, CCTV, Video, Radar, sensors and advanced proprietary software.

You will lead a diverse cross-functional team of professionals to include Site specific leads, engineers and integration specialists, deployment and installation technicians and dedicated customer services groups throughout the entire program delivery cycle include warranty.

Job Specifications:

Knowledge:

·         Bachelor’s degree is required, preferred in engineering, mathematics, or other technical area allied with the operation’s technical proficiencies. Master’s degree in business or related area is desired.

·         PMI Certified preferred

Minimum Requirements:

·         The position requires a minimum of ten years program management in large government or private sector organizations, culminating in the successful completion and delivery of a minimum of two technical programs on an international basis.

·         Experience as a Program Manager on the delivery of a program in excess of $50M.

·         Demonstrated capability of working with external delivery to customers. Customer centric focus to ensure satisfaction of not only contractual obligations, but also customer satisfaction in this strategic program. 

·         Demonstrated experience crafting and executing broad program strategies leading to successful long-term programs and projects, with recent sustained daily experience managing complex programs and contracts.

·         Project Contracts, WBS, GANTT charts and earned value management.

·         Excellent organizational skills and program/project management skills.

·         Applicants must have demonstrated team-building skills and must be able to interact effectively with personnel, Business Unit management and functional support managers.

Residency Requirements:

·         Must be a US Citizen

·         A valid US Passport is required

Travel Requirements:

·         Must be willing and able to travel domestically or internationally (25% - 50%) to support customer activities.  Extreme environmental conditions such as working in sun and heat, etc. are probable.
