Sparton Medical Systems develops, designs and manufactures high end medical devices and instrumentation.  We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to joing our team as a Program Manager.

The Program Manager is the key contact point for specific Sparton customers.  This position manages projects and programs to increase customer satisfaction and maintain profitability.  The Program Manager will sell new and grow existing business as well as review bids and financial information with the customer.  This individual is also responsible for negotiating key issues with the customer and coordinating between customer and internal departments the needs and expectations of the customer.

Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS in business, technical or related field with 8 – 10 years of experience.  Must be able to handle multiple projects or customers simultaneously and be a demonstrated analytical problem solver with strong communication and computer skills.
