Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field and ten (10) years of job related experience or equivalent. Master's degree preferred. Excellent communication interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required. Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications is required.
Position may require travel.

Seeking qualified applicants with significant planning, engineering, technical and analytical skills experienced in providing administrative and technical leadership in the planning, execution, and completion of multiple contracts. The successful candidate must be capable of providing programmatic oversight for the research and development, engineering, analysis, configuration management, information technology, supply, programmatic, functional and administrative tasking required in support of NSWC Crane. Interfacing with the customer on a regular basis, the successful candidate will monitor fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure the quality and timeliness of our technical services and contract deliverables. The successful candidate will also participate in the planning, allocation, and management of tasking assigned to each subcontractor to ensure optimum support for the customer.
