Manage very complex and / or high risk programs with various levels of complexity and / or technology development. Successfully manage programs within program schedule and budget while being a recognized leader in analyzing risk and establishing associated contingencies, including trigger events. Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas inside and outside the organization to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities. Coordinate management and technical decisions, while effectively arbitrating and resolving problems associated with products and projects. Assist in the development of business capture plans. Interprets, executes and manages company-wide division/unit-wide modifications to policies and procedures.
Minimum Education Requirement: BS/MS degree in an engineering discipline, and/or business administration
Minimum Experience: 10 years program related experience
