Mental Health & Forensic Services Program Director
A North Shore area residential program for adults with mental illness and problematic sexual behaviors is seeking an experienced Program Director. This position requires a flexible individual with exceptional management, leadership, communication & organizational skills. Experience with individuals with mental illness and forensic issues preferred. Responsibilities of a Program Director: · Responsible for the day-to-day operations including hiring · Training · Overseeing site · Coordinating all programming components. · Experience working with this population in a residential setting · A Master preferred in counseling, psychology or related field, or a bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years experience is required. · Candidate must be at least 21 years of age and posses valid MA drivers’ license and a r reliable vehicle.
