Job Description:
Successful candidate will not only have what the required skills, but also need to pass a criminal history background check, employment verification, and education verification.
Project Management needed on NEVO to provide support on End-to-End Crimp and Pack workstream.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List essential duties from job description and percentage of time spent performing each.)
o Develop, maintain, proactively track and manage detailed development timeline, deliverables and milestones including critical path dependencies for specified workstream.
o Independently coordinate and lead project workstream meetings, facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.
o Independently prepare meeting agendas, document and distribute meeting minutes and action items and follow-up to ensure completion.
o Support Program Manager in defining project scope and track project according to scope.
o Work with cross-functional team members to track project activities, key deliverables, timelines; follow-up on action items to ensure completion.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (List specific skill/ability/knowledge requirements, include physical requirements, if applicable.)
o Strong Project Management skills and capabilities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Attention to detail.
o Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram or schedule form.
o Well organized and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and ability to work effectively under time-constraints to meet deadlines.
o Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
MEASURES FOR SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE (State minimum in kinds/years of experience or levels/specifics of training, certifications, etc.)
o Bachelors degree and 5+ years relevant work experience in medical device industry.
o Project Management Certification a plus.
Experience with MS Project and strong computer skills working with MS Office programs
