Precision Industries, a DXP company, is a leader in the Supply Chain Services and Industrial Distribution arena. Precision is looking for an experienced individual to join our Supply Chain Services team, and fill the role of Program Manager for our Omaha, NE integrated supply location.
           
The Program Manager will monitor daily activities/operations of a Supply Chain Services contract with specific clients, and will report to the VP of Supply Chain Services Operations
 
Responsibilities of the Program Manager include, but are not limited to:
  1. Monitor daily sales for invoicing accuracy
  2. Create and maintain Daily Dashboard to monitor site performance, assist where needed to meet contractual performance goals
  3. Conduct site personnel performance evaluations
  4. Attend quarterly meetings with client to discuss DXP’s performance
  5. Submit weekly status reports to General Manager of previous weeks account activities
Qualifications of the Program Manager include:
  1. Minimum 3 years Industrial Distribution / Integrated Supply experience consisting of:
    1. 2 years Purchasing experience
    2. 1 year Inventory Management experience
  2. P21 – Commerce Center experience preferred
  3. Able to multi-task
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, Project and Access
  6. Able to travel as job requires
 
 
Program Manager Duties
Daily
 
1.        Low and High margin invoicing
2.        Accounting issues
3.        Inventory monitoring and reduction initiatives
4.        Monitor Daily Sales for costing problems and sourcing opportunities
 
Weekly
 
1.        Generate usage reports
2.        Client Meetings
3.        Spreadsheet data requests from Client - Misc. requests
4.        Liason between IT and sites
5.        Create Usage Reports for various sites
6.        Fill-in for associates out of the office
Monthly
 
1.        Cost Variance Reports
2.        Transaction reports
3.        Review P&L's
4.        System Testing
5.        IT set-ups - Coordinate with client and IT staff.
