We are currently recruiting for a Program Manager - PCI to work in our Norcross, GA. Facility.

 

This position will be responsible for the following:

 

This position will administer the Payment Card Industry (PCI) program at Fiserv, reporting to the Risk and Compliance function within Enterprise Risk and Resilience. Initial responsibilities include documenting and formalizing the PCI Compliance process and procedures from concept through compliance and ongoing maintenance, in a way that strongly conforms to corporate governance principles, while recognizing differences in individual business units¡¦ needs and requirements.  This position will serve as the focal point for assistance requests from BU Project Managers and QSA representatives, must be able to matrix-manage resources from across Fiserv who can help with PCI challenges, maintain the master calendar and program schedule so that we stay compliant, and create a PCI community within Fiserv so that this effort is well documented and more widely embraced by Fiserv business units.  

 

The individual most suitable for this position will be well organized, well versed in program/project management methodology; capable of developing working relationships with the assigned Project Managers, Business Unit stakeholders, Corporate support groups including Enterprise Technology teams, and QSA representatives; serve as the focal point for assistance requests from BUs to enhance the assessment, mitigation and management of PCI related risks across the Fiserv enterprise. 

 

The Program Manager – PCI will be responsible for:

Organizing and manage a central document repository of all PCI related documentation including, but not limited to - master calendar of the various PCI Compliance phases for Fiserv, accurate listing of assigned project managers for the BU’s in scope at all times, up to date standards relevant to PCI, mapping of ERR approved tools, services and compensating controls for the various PCI sections and related standards.

 

Formulate a process for ongoing awareness on compliance needs, timely communication of changes to compliance needs, best practices, FAQ’s and other training needs to the PCI “community” within Fiserv.  This includes the BU Project Managers, functional SME’s (subject matter experts) across BU management stakeholders, Enterprise Technology teams, ERR Compliance teams and other entities within Fiserv as deemed necessary.  Focus on timeliness, prioritization and consistency of such information sharing is essential. 

 

Provide regular progress updates to the ERR management, PCI Steering Committee and other stakeholders as defined, on PCI program accomplishments, issues and concerns that need escalation to the Steering committee and/or BU stakeholders  and recommendations on continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to initial compliance and ongoing maintenance efforts.

 

Develop and nurture relationships with internal and external entities as needed, including Visa authorities and PCI Standards Council,

 

Ensure ERR Compliance liaisons are engaged with Business Units/QSA representatives in a timely and efficient manner, to ensure ongoing compliance maintenance.

 



Job Requirements:

Skilled in time management, issue/conflict resolution, including timely escalation of issues and concerns

 

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an expert proficiency level.  Microsoft Access, Project and Visio skills are a plus. 

 

Knowledge of Fiserv business and products is a significant plus.

 

Skills Required

 

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a variety of roles preferably in the Financial Industry, in Operations, program/project management, business relations, security, compliance and/or other related disciplines.  Experience in PCI and/or other technical Compliance related experience is required.

 

Moderate Travel may be required (25 – 30%)

 

Certification in Program/Project Management or other PCI relevant certification (CPISM, CPISA) Desire

Education Required:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business or related discipline required.  Masters Degree in related discipline preferred.
