Position:  Rehabilitation Program Director / Rehab Manager – Inpatient Therapy Services – 3 Positions !!

Industry:  Provider of Physical Rehabilitation program management services

Summary of Position:  Oversee day-to-day operations of a 10-bed Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Program within a hospital setting

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of nursing, therapy, and healthcare professionals  
• Direct program development, quality improvement, and community education / marketing activities  
• Responsible for financial management, census development, unit operations, and client & physician relations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (Masters degree preferred)
• Experience managing an Inpatient Rehab program
• Clinical background Required and actively Licensed in one of the following areas:  Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Registered Nurse or Social Worker (PLEASE INCLUDE LICENSE NUMBER ON RESUME)
• Successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting business financial goals & objectives
• Clinical background and/or acute rehab experience Required
