This position reports to the Director of Process Re-engineering and has accountability for working with executive / senior management to identify high potential opportunities to drive significant change (financial and customer value) impacting the business.
Qualified candidates must have: • Bachelors degree desired, MBA a plus. Education requirements may be satisfied with commensurate experience (in addition to required experience) with major change initiatives in the Supply Chain arena as it pertains to multiple Large Distribution centers. • 5-7 years minimum experience (more if substituting for degree) with Large Distribution centers, their operations and systems. • Large / or boutique operational consulting firm (systems integration experience or internal consulting group. a plus but not required) • Large Distribution Center systems/ process change experience (Industry preference is food distribution but large retail DC’s or merchandise DC’S will be considered) • Past experience interfacing at a minimum level as a Project leader/Project Manager with various internal organizations including Finance, Human Resources, Warehousing, Transportation, and Procurement, to drive reengineering initiatives.
