Apex has an opening for a Program Manager of Wastewater Consulting Services to work from our Manassas, VA, location.  This position requires a BA/BS in Environmental Science/Engineering or other related field; PE certification; and at least 10 years experience providing wastewater engineering and consulting services to industrial clients in and around the Mid-Atlantic area.
